Account questions

I would like to receive the latest special offers by e-mail. How do I subscribe?

To receive the newsletters containing the latest special offers of your favorite stores, it is necessary to create your Kimbino account and to select the stores you want to be informed about.

How do I register?

Registration is very simple and fast:

  • Just click on "Registration" (upper right corner)
  • Enter your e-mail address and your password
  • If you want to receive information about the latest special offers, click on "I would like to receive the newsletter and the special offers"
  • Click on "Create Account" and that’s it :)

You can also fill in some additional data for us to be able to customize the leaflet offer and the discounts to your needs. You can also register using your Facebook account after clicking on "Register with Facebook".

Is the registration for free?

Yes, both the registration and the newsletters sent to your e-mail are for free.

I have created an account but I do not receive any leaflets to my e-mail.

Please check whether you have selected the shops you want to subscribe to - you need to have the store(es) added to MY FAVORITES (heart symbol). It is also possible that there are no new leaflets of your favorite shop(s) available at the moment. Check your “spam” or "promotions", the leaflets and specials offers might be in those folders.

What should I do if I have lost or forgotten my password?

If you forget or lose your password, just click on "Forgotten password" (below the ” Log in with Facebook” icon). The e-mail for reseting your password will be sent to your e-mail. Check your e-mail for further instructions.

How can I change my password?

If you want to change your password, go to your account settings and click “Change Password”

Can I change my e-mail address upon registration?

No, it is not possible to change your email address. If you want to use a new e-mail address, it is necessary to create a new account again.

How can I remove stores from my favorites?

If you do not want to recieve any informations from any store anymore, you have two options:

  • Search for a store, you don't want to receive any news, and click on the heart button (Remove from favorites)
  • If you want to update your favourite list in bulk, you can do it in your account settings, when you are logged in to the “My Stores” section. Here you can remove a store from your favorites with a cross button.

If you delete a store from your favorites, we will no longer be able to send you newsletters from this store.

How can I log out or unsubscribe from newsletters?

To log out, click on "My Account" and then "Log Out".

If you want to unsubscribe from newsletters, you can do so by clicking on the link at the bottom of each newsletter.

Leaflets, discounts and special offers

How can I get more details about the discounts, special offers and products in the leaflets?

Kimbino is not responsible for the content of the leaflets and we do not have any further information on the products and discounts at our disposal. For more information, it is recommended that you visit the official webpage of the store.

It is possible to shop via Kimbino?

No, it is not possible to purchase anything on our websites. Kimbino mainly serves as a browser of the latest leaflets from different stores, as an inspiration before doing your shopping and as a tool for following the latest discounts of the shops.

It is possible to download leaflets from Kimbino in PDF format?

No, leaflets available on Kimbino cannot be downloaded and viewed in PDF format.

Can I get a printed leaflet into my mail box via Kimbino?

No, Kimbino is not responsible for the printing and the distribution of leaflets. This service is provided by individual stores themselves. Kimbino tries to protect the environment and therefore provides a greener, faster and more comfortable way of browsing leaflets - online leaflets available at any time and anywhere.

Locality:

I would like to see leaflets only from my city, is it possible?

Yes, on the wbsite click on "City button", select your city and then you will see all leaflets from your location.

I don't see my city in the “Location settings” list, what should I do?

If desired city can not be selectet, please try to choose some nearest bigger city.

Why can't I see any leaflets after I selected my location?

It is possible, there are not leaflets currently available for selected city or the selected store is not located in the city.

The app

How can I download Kimbino app?

The app is available for Android, iOS, and HarmonyOS devices. You can find the download link for Google Play, App Store, and AppGallery at the bottom of the website and in the banner on the right side of the website. If you want to browse flyers online without using the app, you can do so on our website.

I am staying in a country where the application is available but it is not possible for me to install it. Why?

Please check the region settings in your Google account. If Kimbino app is not allowed in the country you entered when creating your Google account, it may limit your access to the installation, regardless of the country you're currently staying in.

I would like to receive information about the latest leaflets the moment they are uploaded. Is it possible to set this?

Yes, the app allows you to set up notifications so you never miss a discount from your favorite store.

After installation, the app will automatically offer you the option to set up notifications.

The second option is to set up notifications directly in the My Account - Notifications section.

Is it possible to browse the leaflets of another countries?

Yes, at the very top of the homepage, you can click on the flag in the header, which will open “Location Settings” and let you choose the country and city from which you want to browse flyers.

How can I add a loyalty card?

Open the Kimbino app, select “Cards” from the menu:

  • In the top right corner, click "Add card."
  • Find the store to which the loyalty card belongs
  • Scan the code or manually enter the card number
  • Click “Add Card” and it is done :)

Loyalty card, which I want to add is not listed, what should I do?

If the store you want to add your loyalty card from is not in the list, click “Add your own card”, enter “Card name”, and continue as you would when creating a regular online loyalty card.

Can I change the order in which loyalty cards are displayed?

Cards are sorted automatically in alphabetical order. However, you can mark your favorite cards that you use most often so they appear at the top. Open the card details; in the top right corner, there are three dots that show options to edit the card – click on “Add/Remove from Favorites.”
